On January 3, 1994 a sewer connection permit was issued to Sullivan's Services for your
connection to municipal sewer. The City's policy has always been to collect the SAC charge
(Sewer Availability Charge) prior to issuance of the connection permit. Due to a clerical error,
this was not done. The SAC charge is a fee charged to all new connections to sewer. The fee
is collected by the City of Orono and then forwarded to the Metropolitan Waste Control
Commission. The SAC charge for 1994 is $800.00. Please remit this amount as soon as
possible. I apologize for any inconvenience this error has caused you. If you have any
