Dear Mike,
Confirming our site inspection on the subject property,
if any fill is to be placed on this property it must be
behind the proposed house, but none should be placed beyond
the row of trees surrounding existing wet lands.
These trees are the Pdge of the wet land and filling
uphill from that point would be acceptable.
In reviewing the proposed septic system it appears to us
':rom the location shown on the plan that primary drain field
Ls in an area of steep slope and one in which major difference
in elevation would exist between the one end of the drain field
az:d the other making this area acceptable for a drain field.
The standards require the furnishing of elevations on the
proposed site but none are included. Alternate drain field
location appears to be acceptable. We would have some
reservations abDut approving this site plan prior to the
receipt of the elevations so that we could determine actually
what the di`-ferance in elevation from one end of the drain field
to the other would be.
We ha -e advised Hickok and Associates these needed elevations
and suggested they be furnished to us prior to the council meeting
next Tuesday.
