SUBJECT: Buildability of Lot - Belva Olsen - S74 Barrett Avenue
Belva Olsen, 574 Barrett Avenue, Lot 16, Block 14, Minnetonka Bluffs,
wishes to sell her lot as a buildable lot.
The lot is 50X130, 6500 square feet and has been in single separate
ownership since 1957.
I checked the lot out today and find it would be unbuildable due to
the fact it is low and a septic system would be unfeasible. I talked
to George Eisinger,the adjacent property owner, and he said he would
buy it if it were reasonable. I note the assessed valuation in the
tax book is $54.
