ed out this yew to help prevent future problems.
❑ Solids accumulation in tanks is at a critical level. Tanks
should be pumped out as soon as posslble.
❑ System is discharging to surfam. Tanks must be pumped
within 48 hours to eliminate surface discharge.
❑ Inspection risers missing—tanks could not be inspected.
Inspection risers 14" dna. pipe) must be installed in each tank
at next pumpout. If tanks haw not been pumped out within
the Int three years, they should be pumped out now.

give accurate measurement of solids accumulation.) It ranks
have not been pumped out within the Int three yews, they
should be pumped out now.
Grainfield inspection indicate
❑ Dtainfield is dry, no surfacing ewdeni.
❑ Some evidence of surfacing, not critical Vat.
❑ Draintietd is saturated and vdibfy discharging untreated
effluent to the surface. This condition may require replace-
ment or additions to drainf4ld. Contact the Crty Inspector
immediately. Repairs must be completed within 90 days.
