The Planning Commission met on the above

Nicholls moved, Kullberg seconded, that

requirements, the division bo approved.

Joseph Galati, 1770 Shadywood Road. Lot IS,
Parcel 4200, Shadywood, has applied for a
variance to construct an a«ldition to a
house that is presently nan-conforming in

instead of the require 10' and the addition
would be a continuation of this non-conforming
use.

Boulevard, was studied further. It was
recommended that Midwest Planning comprehensive
plan for the area be reviewed before proceeding
to contact affected property owners of the
area.
