The application for a conditional use permit
Of Snaver f, McCarthy to move bulk storage
tanks from oast of Navarre to west of
Navarre was reviewed. Members were in
agreement tnat the usage should be in an
Industrial rather than commercial zoning.
Dorn expressed the opinion, should there be
a need provisions should be made for this
type of usage, and t!ie zoning ordinance
be amended to include tnis usage, stating
conditions and typo of zoning required.
The application for rearrangement and division
of Lots 21-22-23 and part of 20, Bloc': 1,
Wiley's Lake Ilinnetonka, by Edgar Cox,
2130 Shadywood Road, was stuvliod. Since the
lots met area and were only inches short of
frontage requirements.
P:»ngoske moved, O'Malley seconded, that the
division bo approved. Motion, Ayes (7) -
The letter from the 'Ullage Attorney on
accessory buildings was rend. An opinion
was expressed that the zoning code could be
amended to include this usage under a
conditional use permit much as guest houses,
etc. Members decided to table this until
next meeting to give new members a chance
to review tliis more tiioroughly.
