The Planning Conaission met on the above
nate with the following members preserit;
Dongoske, Nicholls. and O'Malley. Absent:
Chairman Russell and Bartig.

man Russell's recommendation to table
this until further plans are forthcoming for the Navarre area.
It was decided to table this for a joint
Meting of the Planning Commission and
Village Council when the Planning Commission
is brought up tc full strength.
TIjis had been approved by Planning Commission
before and was merely waitin^i Ur the
Village Engineer's recommendation.
Members recommended approval of the
division of the Conely Brooks property
legally described as the west ISO' of
Parcel 3S00, Section 26.
Members recommended approval of a garage
side setback variance from 10* to S' at
2308 Shadywood Road, legally described as
Lot 14, Wiley's Navarre Add., Parcel 3800,
provided they bring in a statement from the
affected property owner saying he has no
objection to the variance.
After a discussuon on plans for Navarre,
the meeting was adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
