The following are agenda items tabled at the last meeting for more
information:

3. G (I S Cabinets Rezoning
Only one new item came in, namely, a division for Robert Miolke,
2765 Hox Street. I am enclosing a copy of the half-section plat yiip
showing the division as proposed. You will note it is on the SB
comer of Fox Street and County Hoad #84. They are dividing three
acres IJ the homesite from a 7-1/2 acre parcel* Ever>*thing faces the
street and meets zoning requiromonts.

date with the following members present:
Ctairaan Poisson, Butler, Hays, ficrf'irth,
Kullberg, Nicaolls, au't Southworth. Gasch
and Kuiilcaoier late. Elliott and llyerso
absent. Entering in the discussion with
aeabers were ^fessrs. Van West and Shernaa.

The meetiun opened at 7:30 P. I, continuing
tlie density study from the past two :^ectings.
Hays moved, Wicitolls sccon'ied, to approve, in
essence, the rcconmendatioiis of Coujicilmaii

would consist of Lots S-6-and C-ij of 7,

consist of Lots 0-9, Block 4, 29,000* and
Tract i) would consist of Lots 8-9-and 3-h
of 7, Block 5, 30,000*.
