Tha division was aj^rovad by tha Village Council in 1959 with a proviso that future councils would not be bound by their decision, next auHiar Mr. Partan axpaets to tear down tha old house which extends approximately 6' on the proposed division. OIVISZOH 1060 Tonkawa Rd, Southworth moved, Hicholla seconded, that the Gcnnisslon accepts the division with the provision that the second house is raxed and that, in addition, a new and up-to-date plat be provided. Motion, Ayes (:.9) - Hays (1) (Butler) - Oasch absent. Poisson moved, ELliott seconded, be granted from the required 1^0' that the variance setback in Rl-C toning district to the proposed 111', 112* anu 112* for the three lots, respectively. Motion, Ayes (10) - Hays (0) oarage setback variance - Timm - was tabled from the last meeting, There have been other variances panted in that neighborhood, and this one would be in order to oonfora with Brand's garage, next door. The garage would be 28' X 22>, and possibly woiad have a common driveway with Brand's. Hays stated that none of the neighbors had any objections to such setback being granted. VAHIAHCB 577 Park Lane Kuhlemeier moved, Ryerse seconded, that the variance be approved as submitted with the atipiaation that the garage will face north in accordance with the submitted drawing. Motion, Ayes Bays abstained.(9) - Hays (0), Herfurth asked about a letter from Brand approving the proposed setback. Poisson produced and read the letter dated September, 1971. Chairman Poisson stated that lagoon dredging has been done in the previous years, and the lagoon has always been u.ted for boats on the adjacent property. He covO.d not see where there would be any problmss. Kuhler.eier asked about the problem of disposing of dredgings. General discussion ensued.
