Special Meeting of the Planning and Park
Comaissions, July 27, 1971
The Planning and Park Comissions met on the
above date with the following menbera present:
Planning Commission: Chairman Poisson, Butler,
Elliott, Gasch, Hays, Herfurth, Kullberg,
Nicholls, and Southworth.Absent: Dongoskc
and Kuhlemeier. Park Commission: Chairman
Ogland, Dorrel, and tfysocky. Absent: Fahlin,
Jarl, Jones, Leipold, Panuska, Smith, Stonke,
and White. Also present: Mayor Oberhauser,
Councilman Dorn, and Village Administrator
Martin.
The Planning and Park Commissions interviewed
planners from the firm of Nason, Wchrman,
Chapman f| Associates. Orlin Miller and Mr.
Wchrman spoke.
Nicholls moved, Southworth seconded, that a
public hearing for August 10, 1971 to consider
a conditional use permit and dredging application
for the Freshwater Biological Institute, be
oredered. riot ion. Ayes (3) - Nays (4) -
Abstain (1). Motion failed.
Nicholls moved, Southworth seconded, that the
meeting be adjourned at 10:00 P.'I.
