Absent: <br />Dorrel, Pohlin, Ponusko, ond Stanke.. <br />He heard speakers fron Midwest Planning <br />present their ideas regarding Village <br />planning. <br />MITWEST PLANNING <br />The Minutes of the Pork Connission meetings <br />were asked to be sent to the Planning <br />Conmission. <br />MINUTES <br />Ne decided to ask Brouer ft Associates, <br />professional planners, to a meeting on <br />Tuesday, July 27, 1971 and get together <br />again on Tuesday, August 2, 1971. <br />BRAUER ft ASSOCIATES <br />The joint meeting adjoOrned at 8:3S P.M. <br />The Park Commission neeting continued <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Emory White |ove a report on the Hill School <br />situation, they have offered the Village a <br />lease for use of the land and old school for <br />only three years at a time. He informed us <br />that part of the land was tax delinquent land <br />and the School Board does not have clear <br />title to the property. The ouestion was <br />raised whether a School Board can supercede <br />a Village government in acquiring tax <br />delinquent land. <br />11:40 P.M. <br />HILL SCHOOL <br />It was reported that we have purchased two <br />lots of additional land for the Hackberry <br />park playground. <br />HACKBERRY PUYGROIINP <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:10 P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted. <br />Edith Jones <br />Secretary <br />ADJOURNMENT
