Butler questioned the sign area to the sides to which *lr. Lindberg answered "we can live without it." Southworth asked why they wished to nlace a station next to an existing one. Mr. Lindberg stated the site was a natter of the right property coning along at the right time* and he did not feel competition was a problen as the national projection was that traffic count would double by 1980; |also* that since the property was corwercial and was going to be developed* he could see no reason why it should not be a Clark station. When the question of the lights being used on a 24-iiour basii, was brought up* Mr. Lindberg explained they were ousiness people* and since using lights is costly and there is a reduction of traffic after 10:00 P.M.* the policy is to keep lights minimal after that hour.
