SUBJECT: Agenda - May 3, 1971
A problem has arisen in closing an agenda 10 days prior t'> a meeting.
That would leave agenda matters referred to the Planning romiBission
oy the Village Council waiting for an extra two weeks.
There was only one matter referred last night and that was the Clark
station proposed to go in next to the Mileage station on County #1S
at the junction of Dunwoody. Such matters as traffic, signs, and
lighting,as this is proposed as an all niglit station, should be studied.

Harter pivision
This property would be tho sixth house on the right west of the Norenberg
bridge. Ho has a deep 150* lot that he wisher to split into two 75'
lots. Tho acreage requirenents for tho R-1C ::one would b« mot but not
tJie frontage of 140', When driving by, check and see how this conforms to tho rest of tho neighborhood.
Zahl Division
This meets the requirements of the P-IC zone. Property is located
across tho street from the new Betz house on the lake side of County
#81. The Betz house is tho only riousc on the noifheast side that is on the lake.
Primus Division
This meets the rcquircraonts of tho R-IC zone and is for the purpose of
dividing off the old house from Ski Tonka property.
David C. Boll Pezoning
This is tho property north of Van Drile and east of the Orono School,
bill Gagne will present his plans tc date for this area. For Immedinie
development, it is proposed to devrtiup cluster houses in tho area
adjacent to the school. He will «;how the intent for tho other usage

Regular Heating of the Planning Commission. Hay 3, 1971 7:30 P.M.
The Planning Commission met on the above
date with the following members present:
Chairman Poisson, Butler. Elliott, Herfurth,
end Kullberg. Absent: Dongoske, Gasch,
Xuhlemeier, Nicholls, Parten, and Southworth.
Butler moved, Kullberg seconded, that the
meeting be adjourned since the agenda was
not sent out as required by the ruling of
the Plannine commission at their meeting of
March 15, 1971, requiring the agenda to
be mailed 10 days prior to a meeting and
that adequate time was not given to review
the subject matter properly. Motion,
Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
ADJOURNMENT
After the adjournment, ‘fr. Lindberg explained
plans for a Clark Oil Station so members
could study same until the next meeting;
also. Hr. Gagne explained his proposals for
the development of the property east of Orono High School.
