Members re«<l the plans as written to place
property between Ferndale Road West and
Shoreline Drive into the Nature Conservancy,

Questions posed by members were; 1) To
what extent will the Nature Conservancy
police the property and keep it nn so it
does not become unsightly or a nuisancejl
2) What is the open space easement for?
3) Why not just give the property to
Orono instead of the Nature Conservancy?
4) What is the tax base of the property
