Loucks suggested Pern Tom concept at Eagle Lake, where to\mhouses are from $24,000 to $30,000 and singles $30,000. He also suggested Burnham Road in a higher bracket and Ryerse suggested Chelsea Woods in Plymouth at a lower cost. DISCUSSION ^Loucks suggested the committee continue studying _ the PUD concept but not drive to enact it into ordinance before the comprehensive plan was finished. Oberhauser asked that Loucks and members investigate the ratio between density and traffic count or movement so it would be easier to evaluate land usage directly to count and movement. Engineer Hills passed out Village maps showing three categories of proposed sewer according to priorities. Oberhauser thought there should only be two categories: A) those that could be taken care of by existing sewer. B) those that could be added when iletro sewer comes in. Searles asked Mills if there could be any optimism about Federal funding. Mills stated there is a possibility due to the ecological concern for the lake. It was decided 1974 would be the cutoff date for waiting for Federal funding.
