MINUTES OF A JOINT MEETING HELD JULY 17, 1972

In the matter of a division for Jnmes
Crabbe, 2010 Shoreline Drive, the study of
the plat map, application and survey revealed:
1. This was a transfer of property to an
adjacent property owner.
2. This transfer was from a lot over the
zoning requirement as to '^ize to one under.
3. The lot being divided off does not meet
zoning requirements.
Searles moved. Elliott seconded, that app
be recommended, contingent on a combinati
with the adjacent property. Motion,
Ayes (7) - Nays (0).

The chairman instructed the secretary to
notify Messrs. Harter, McCleary, and Ressler
that their applications were tabled until
they make an appearance to answer questions.
Searles moved, Southworth seconded, that it
be recommended the Village purchase a high
fidelity tape recorder capable of using at
least a two hour tape to facilitate recording
of Minutes of meetings. Motion, Ayes (7) -
Nays (0).
Gasch moved, Elliott seconded, that the
meeting be adjourned at 10:15 P.M. Motion,
Ayes (7) - Nays (0).
