MINUTE OF A PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 8, 1979
Planning Commission met on the above date. Present
were the following menO^ers: Chairman Hassel, Hurr,
McDonald, Wilson and Hamnerel. Mabusth represented
the City staff.
ATTENDANCE
7:30 P.M.
It was announced that the Planner %^uld not have the
Comprehensive Plan draft ready until February, It
was decided among the members present that because
of the delay in the draft presentation, the next
joint meeting of the Gounci 1/Planning Commission
%#ould be held in February. However, during further
discussion, it was felt that some discussion of
the platting code would be beneficial and a tentative
meeting was set for January 27, 1979 if agreeable to
the Council.
COMPREHENSIVE
PLANNING COMMENTS
Hassel announced this was the time and place for a
Public Information Meeting on Donald Scott's
application for subdivision at 2325 Longview Cr.
Mabusth stated she had the Affidavit of Publication
and Certificate of Mailing. Mr. Scott was present.
No public comments were heard. Mabusth noted that
the only outstanding requirement was the septic
testing which has now been completed. Hammerel
moved to recomnend approval of the preliminary
subdivision subject to payment of a park dedication
fee. Hurr seconded the motion. Vote: Ayes (5),
Nays (0). Motion passed unanimously.

Mo one was present to represent the applicant.
All requirements have been met and the park
dedication fee has been paid. McDonald moved
to approve the Hunters Green Subdivision in
accordance with the submitted resolution. Motion
seconded by Hurr. Vote: Ayes (5), Nays (0).
Motion passed unanimously.

After further discussion, McDonald requested an
amendment to the motion: "the type of septic
system required vrill be determined by further
testing prior to issuance of a building permit".
Amendment seconded by Hurr. Vote: Ayes (5),
Mays (0). Motion passed unanimously.
