Discussion of the Ordinance changing the
zoning district designation and performance
standards applied to Big Island, Mahpiyata
Island and Deering Island was extensive to
the fact that the Commission felt they had
not received this ordinance in time to read
and understand it totally
It was also felt that they would like to know
what the public felt about this ordinance and
decided they would attend the meeting on
October 25, 1982 to see what the public
reaction was before they would vote.
Council Representative Frahm, related to
the Commission he was not sure what the hurry
would be for the Commission to vote on this
ordinance at this meeting and he felt they
were right and should attend the meeting to
see what the public reaction was.
Callahan moved, Goetten seconded, to table
this matter until such time as they have more
information. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
Mr. Raymond Kloss was present regarding his
subdivision application. ^
No action was required for this item, a
Public Hearing was set for November 15, 1982
