The Zoning Adhrinistrator read the Notice of Mlic Hearing and presented the Affidavit of Mlication. After discussion Van Nest noved, Dmlgp seconded, that division line Should be wed to the 9S0 elevation rather than tiie division line in tive loner elevations as show on the proposal. Staff ms instructed to consult with the City Bhgineer to detendne and correct if necessary the legal description of the cowrcially zoned district on this parcel so as to include only the higher elevations as oonaeicial. After more discussion Van Nest moved, Nooley seconded, to approve the 12** niniinan dianeter rock rip rap includi^ necessary back filling behind the rip rap to prevent fbrther erosion and damage to the existing ^oreline. The Ooamission, however, specifically excludes any other land recontouring or filling* It was felt that the rip rappiiig was an emergency situation but that more infonaation was needed to nake any recommendation on the remainder of the proposed work.
