Qiaimen Pesek called to order the Public Hearing on the
application of the SIS Bast Grant Corporation for a
subdivision of property located at 3340 Shoreline Drive. The
Zoning Adhrinistrator read the Notice of Mlic Hearing and
presented the Affidavit of Mlication. After discussion
Van Nest noved, Dmlgp seconded, that division line Should
be wed to the 9S0 elevation rather than tiie division line
in tive loner elevations as show on the proposal. Staff ms
instructed to consult with the City Bhgineer to detendne and
correct if necessary the legal description of the cowrcially
zoned district on this parcel so as to include only the higher
elevations as oonaeicial. This wuld reqjuire lezoning.

3M Shoreline Drive to construct a Burger King. The Zoning
Adainistrator reed the Notice of Public Hearing and presented
Affidavit of Rblication. Gane Block presented a petition

regards to the proposal of vacating a part of Navarre Lane and
adding an approinh to Coiiity Road #19 ahich wuld be located
north of the existing powr pole on Hie front of tiie church.

Long Lake Road. The Zoning AdkainistTator read the Notice of

Pesek moved, Diailap seconded, to table the request because
the applicant was not available for answering questions.

rap to prevent fbrther erosion and damage to the existing
^oreline. The Ooamission, however, specifically excludes
any other land recontouring or filling* It was felt that
the rip rappiiig was an emergency situation but that more
infonaation was needed to nake any recommendation on the
remainder of the proposed work. Motion, Ayes (9) - Nays (0).

variance. Hardship - no other location possible due to
rapid fall of Imid and removal of more trees. Motion,
