5. If at any tlna tha holding tanka ara found to ba
ovarfloaing and diacharglng to tha surface# tha City would
ratalva tha right to nullify this agreement and require
immediate completion of tha septic system.
6. At any time during tha term of this agreame* *• if tha
house it sold# tha system must be completed imiawdiataly.
This approval for holding tanks is not transferrable to a
new owner.
7. Tha property owner bears tha responsibility for
maintaining tha holding tank system to that it does not
become a health or safety hazard nor a public nuisance*
This agreement shall be affective upon receipt of a copy of
the agreement signed by the property owner (and a representative
if owners* mortgage holder# if one exists) in the space provided#
and upon receipt of the required pumping contract.
