REt 3440 Bayside Road - Hazardous Building Action
Dear Mr. k Mrs. Ho1ut»,
I conducted an inspection at the above subject property which
revealed that the structure (single family dwelling) on the
property has been left in a hazardous condition.
On August 4, 1986, you applied and received a demolition permit
for the removal of the second floor. At that time you were
working on plans to reconstruct the building. I had heard
nothing about correcting the problem until I posted the structure
as dangerous.
At this time I recieved a call from you. During our
aconversation, you explained to me that you intended to remove the
structure right away. I then received a call that you could not
afford to complete the work.

After reviewing the matter, the City has no alternative but to
initiate hazardous builidng action to remove the structure.
This matter will be reviewed by the City Council at the January
11, 1988 Council meeting and acted on if they feel it is
appropriate. You may attend this Testing to explain your
position at that time.
