COUNCIL ACTION - MOTION:
Approve application as submitted per the revised resolution (copy attached)
noting these changes from the original: 1) Existing cabin to be removed prior to
start of construction. A demolition permit is required. 2) Construction site
erosion protection measures required.
I will call you as soon as original resolution copies have be resigned, so that you
can arrange to come in and sign them. Both applicant and owner must sign.

MORK PERMITS ARE REQUIRED - contact Building Inspector before beginning

change plans. Variance authority expires one year after approval.
CONDITIONAL USE APPROVAL expires upon change of ownership or use, or on
deadline date specified above. ^
PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION APPROVAL - Applicant must provide all information
and/or improvements required for final approval. Contact Zoning
Administrator.
FINAL SUBDIVISION APPROVAL - Applicant must have drawings, resolution and
all other required documents recorded, with certification of such recording
returned to the City by deadline date.
If you desire certified copies of the official Council minutes, they are
available from the City Recorder or City Clerk after review and approval by the
City Council.
