Re: Certificate of Occupancy
Dear Mr. Ulku:
An inspection conducted at the above subject property on
March 6, 1987 revealed certain building code violations, as
follows:
1. Electrical final
2. Gas lines labeled
3. Roof repaired
4. Gas line sealed at siding
5. Garage inspected
The district inspector has informed you of these matters and
has stated that he is unable to secure compliance. This letter
is being written to inform you that corrective action is required
to bring this structure into conformance with the building code.
Since the codes enforced by this department are minimum in
nature, full compliance will ensure at least a minimum degree of
safety. Failure to make such installations can result in
conditions that may be dangerous to the life, health, or safety
of the occupants. The sole purpose of codes and inspections is
to eliminate every possible dangerous condition.
Corrections must be made within seven (7) days. This office
will cooperate with you to every extent possible. If there is
some reason why you cannot comply, please feel free to contact
me.
