About six months ago , I sent you a notice your septic
system was in violation due to effluent spilling over—
o»en into Village property. This week I noticed some '
dogs iifallowing therein. It does not make much sense
for me leave the hall to correct violations when for
the past year I have been able, to look out the window
and see one.
I again respectfully ask your cooperation in the
correction of this violation.
