System is discharging to the surface. Tanks must be (XAped out within 48 hours to eliminate surface discharge.
Inspection risers missirgtanks could not be inspected. Inspection risers (4" did. pipe) mtst be installed in each
tank at next purpout. If tanks have not been psfiped out within the last three years, they should be puiped out now.
Inspection pipe is located directly over tank baffle (does not give accurate measurement of solids accumulation).
