RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING
THE BID AND AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR THE
NORTH FARM ROAD SANITARY SEWER PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a solicitation for bids for the North Farm Road sanitary
sewer improvements project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law; and
WHEREAS, it appears that EJ Mayers, Inc., Hamel, Minnesota submitted the
lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono,
Minnesota:
The Orono City Council does hereby accept the bid from EJ Mayers, Inc. for completion
of the North Farm Road Sanitary Sewer Improvements project according to the plans and
specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk in
the amount of$31,143.75.
Adopted by the Orono City Council at a regular Council meeting held on
October 10, 2010.
