.? -v 0 <br /> 70 0 <br /> CITY of ORONO <br /> pa A\N- 47 i <br /> ,es., ,,1 cal,. �'�' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ikislidi1/41 NO. <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> FOR THE NORTH FARM ROAD NEIGHBORHOOD <br /> SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the Council on September 13, <br /> 2010, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the North Faun Road <br /> Neighborhood Sanitary Sewer Improvements, and has presented such plans and specifications to <br /> the Council for approval. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> ORONO, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> 2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper(and in <br /> the Finance and Commerce Bulletin) an advertisement for bids for the making of <br /> such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The <br /> advertisement shall be published for the required time period, shall specify the <br /> work to be done, and shall state the time until which the bids will be received by <br /> the City; at which time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of <br /> the City Hall by the City Engineer, and will then be tabulated. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br /> held this 13th day of September, 2010. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> 444-ellet-/ i 6/-,--6.- ; OkA4k-fe-,z '7.// /-\.)A <br /> Il <br /> Linda S.
