o <br /> a a <br /> CITY of ORONO <br /> A.( 4, <br /> 4 <br /> '014 '�' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> kEsi3.0 NO. 9 9 6 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING <br /> PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> FOR THE NORTH FARM ROAD NEIGHBORHOOD <br /> SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the <br /> State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared a feasibility study to determine the <br /> feasibility of the North Farm Road Neighborhood sanitary sewer improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of a public hearing <br /> for the North Faint Road Neighborhood sanitary sewer improvements was given, and the hearing <br /> will be held on the 11 th day of October, 2010 at which all persons desiring to be heard were <br /> given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono City Council does hereby <br /> direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for the North Farm Road <br /> Neighborhood sanitary sewer improvements. <br /> Adopted by the Orono City Council at a regular meeting held on September 13, 2010. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> X..-9-2-er:h-, iZe- 714 t,u) <br /> Linda S.
