He is the owner of the cottage at Big Island that appears to have a block foundation but
no footings that I discussed with you on Wednesday. They want to put an addition on. I
told him they would have to underpin the foundation to put an addition on if there are no
frost footings and suggested he dig beside the foundation to find the footings or bottom of
the block. He insisted I don't understand. He would like Willie to come look at it. I
indicated that would have to be arranged through you.
