RE: 190 BIG ISLAND
Dear Mr. O'Gara
It has come to the attention of this department that there has been construction done at the
property you own at 190 Big Island in Orono. The City of Orono requires building
permits for remodeling, additions and out buildings. Therefore the City must require you
to submit building permit applications for work that has been done. Inspections will be
required and items may need to be disassembled for access. All buildings are required to
be 10' from side lot lines so your buildings may need to be moved.
A deadline of August 29, 2005 has been established for application submittal. The
application must include building plans and a survey showing the location of new
construction. If this deadline is not met the City may initiate legal action. If you have
