Know all men by these presents that John H. Gullickson and Ellen L. Gullickson, husband and wife, owners and proprietors,
and Citizens State Bank of St. Louis Park, a Minnesota corporation, mortgagee of the following -described property situated
in the State of Minnesota and the County of Hennepin, to wit: Government Lot 1, except that part embraced within the plat
of Forest Arms Country Club Addition; and that part of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter lying Northeasterly
of the centerline of County Road No. 151 and Easterly of the centerline of County Road No. 43 (now Orono Road 43); all in
Section 7, Township 117 North, Range 23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian. The Wiest and North boundary lines of said
Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter and Government Lot 1 are particularly described as follows: Beginning at the
Southwest corner of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 7, indicated by a brass plate marked
"Judicial Land Mark" located at said point; thence North along the West line of the Northeast quarter of said Section 7

ment with a brass plate marked "Judicial Land Markn located at said point.
