KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: That Paul R. Phillips and Mary B. Phillips, husband and wife,
owners and proprietors of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota,
to wit:
Lot 4, Block 1, PHILLIPS WOODLAND TERRACE,
And that Orono Woodlands, Inc., a Minnesota non-profit corporation, fee owner, and Minnesota Housing Finance
Agency,a public body corporate and politic of the State of Minnesota, mortgagee of the following described property
situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 1, ECKSTROM ADDITION,
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as PHILLIPS WOODLAND TERRACE SECOND ADDITION, and
do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the drainage and utility easements as shown on
