KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Lillian B.. Peterman, single and Roger H. Peterman, single, owners and
proprietors, and Michael J. Hilbelink and Ann M. Hilbelink, husband and wife, and John E. Vogt and Maureen
C. P. Vogt, husband and wife, contract purchasers of the following described property situated in the State

the 5th Principal Meridian, described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Southwest
1/4 of the Southeast 1/4; thence North along the west line of said Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4

thence continuing north along said west line a distance of 5.41 chains; thence East at right angles to

follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4; thence North
along the west line of said Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 a distance of 58.36 rods; thence East at
right angles to said west line a distance of 28.78 rods to the point of beginning to tract of land to
be described; thence continuing East at right angles to said west line a distance of 30.46 rods; thence
South parallel with said west line a distance of 58.24 rods to the South line of said Section 33; thence
West along said South line to the point of intersection of said south line with a line drawn parallel
with the west line of said Section 33 and distant 28.78 rods east therefrom; thence North to the point
of beginning.
have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as PETERMAN ADDITION, and do hereby donate and dedicate to
the public for public use forever the utility and drainage easements and the roads as shown on this plat.
