KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS; That Kenneth Turnham and Kathryn M. Turnham, husband and wife, fee owners, and that
Fullerton Properties, Inc„ a Minnesota corporation, contract purchaser of the following described property situated in
the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit;
The Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 30, Township 118, North Range 23, West of the 5th Principal
Meridian, according to the United States Government Survey thereof and situate in Hennepin County, Minnesota,
have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as PAINTERS WOODS, and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public
for public use forever the road, drainage, and drainage and utility easements as shown on the plat.
