Know all men by these presents that David J. Duff and Anne B. Duff, husband and wife, oimers and proprietors, and David J.
Davenport and Belle C. Davenport aka Belle B. Davenport, husband and wife, Maurice J. Wagener and Virginia A.Wagener, hus-

and also Maurice J. Wagener and Virginia A.Wagener, husband and wife, owners and proprietors, and First Federal Savings
and Loan Association of Minneapolis, a corporation under the laws of the United States of America, mortgagee of the
following -described property situated in the State of Minnesota and the County of Hennepin, to wit: That part of Lots 46
and 47 lying West of the .East 100 feet of said Lot 46 and Northerly of a line drawn Easterly parallel with the Southerly
line of said Lots 46 and 47 from a point on the Westerly line of said Lot 47 distant 50 feet Northerly from the Southeast
corner of Lot 50, "Orono Orchards",
have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as ORONO ORCHARDS HIGHLANDS.
