KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Painters Creek Development Corporation, Inc., an Illinois corporation, owner and proprietor,
and John B. Burrell, mortgagee, of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 118, Range 23, except the North 50.00 feet of
said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter.
Together with
The East half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 31, except the North 50.00 feet
thereof and also except the West 209.00 feet of the East 418.00 feet of the South 242.00 feet thereof.

That part of the West half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section'31, lying East of a line
50.00 feet east of and parallel with the following described line "A":
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Section 31; thence North, bearing assumed, along the West line of said Southwest
Quarter, a distance of 777.96 feet; thence Northeasterly along a tangential curve concave to the Southeast, having a radius
of 1532.80 feet and a central angle of 49005'26", an arc distance of 1313.29 feet; thence N 48024'43" E, tangent to last
described curve, a distance of 2725.85 feet and there terminating.
Except the North 50.00 feet of said West half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and also except the South
275.00 feet of the East 180.00 feet of said West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and also except
that part of the South 226.00 feet lying east of the West 249.00 feet and west of the East 180.00 feet of said West half
of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter.
and that Lorraine Kosslak, mortgagee of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota,
to wit:
The East 175.00 feet of the West 627.00 feet of the South 283.00 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 31, Township 118, Range 23.
have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as PAINTERS CREEK and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use
forever the highway, and also dedicate the easements as shown on this plat for drainage and utility purposes only.
