KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Orono Ambar, LLC, a Minnesota limited
liability company, owner and proprietor, of the following described
property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
Outlot F, SUGAR WOODS, except that part thereof shown as Parcel 242A
on Minnesota Department of Transportation Right of Way Plat Numbered
27-56 filed as Registrar of Titles Document No. 2544283.
Has caused the same to be surveyed and platted as ORONO AMBAR, and does
hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the
easements as shown on this plat for drainage and utility purposes.
