MOELLERS
and that Metropolitan Waste Control Commission, formerly known as Metropolitan Sewer Board of Metro Square
Building, a duly constituted agency of the Metropolitan Council created and organized pursuant to Plinnesota
Laws, 1975, Chapter 13, Minnesota Statutes 473.503, fee owner, of the following described property to wit:
That part of the east 51.00 feet of the west 67.00 feet of the following described property lying east of a
line referred to as LINE A and its southerly extension:
The west 15.7 feet of the east 539 feet of that part of Government Lot 1, lying north of the County Road
as dedicated in "Lydiard's Park" Lake Minnetonka, all in Section 8, Township 117, Range 23, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, said distances being measured perpendicular to the east line of said Section 8, and
all that part of said Government Lot 1, described as follows:
Beginning at a point where a line drawn parallel with and distant 539 feet West from the East line of
said Section 8 intersects the Northerly line of said County Road formerly known as Markville and Maple
Plain Road; thence North parallel with said Section line 556.0 feet to the shore of Maxwell's Bay, Lake
Minnetonka; thence Southwesterly along the shore of said lake 188.78 feet to a point which is 710.1 feet
West of said Section line being also the Northeasterly corner of land conveyed by Deed recorded in Book
488 of Deeds, page 237; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of land as deeded in Book 488 of Deeds,
page 237 a distance of 400 feet to the Northerly line of said County Road, said point being 724 feet West
of the Section line; thence Southeasterly along said County Road to the point of beginning, except that
part thereof embraced within the following described property:
That part of Government Lot 1, Section 8, Township 117, Range 23, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly right-of-way line of County Road No. 51, as dedicated
in the recorded plat of "Lydiard's Park" Lake Minnetonka and the East line of Lot 7, in said plat;
thence South 64 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, assuming the East line of said Government Lot 1
has an assumed bearing of South, a distance of 224.11 feet; thence North 02 degrees 08 minutes 00
seconds East along a linelhereinafter referred to as said LINE A,. to the shoreline of Lake Minnetonka;
thence Southwesterly along said shoreline to said East line of Lot 7; thence Southerly along said East
line to the point of beginning,
and except that part of the entire above described property lying north of a line hereinafter referred to
as LINE B, drawn at right angles from a point on the east line of said Section 8 distant 494.5 feet south
from the meander corner of the east line of said Section 8,
lying south of a line described as beginning at a point on said LINE A distant 173.00 feet south from its
intersection with said LINE B; thence easterly and perpendicular to said LINE A a distance of 67.00 feet and
said line there terminating.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as MOELLERS ADDITION and do hereby grant to the public for public use forever
the drainage and utility easements as shown on the plat.
