following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 32, Township 118 North, Range 23 West of
the 5"' Principal Meridian lying southerly of the southerly line of MnDOT Right of Way Plat Numbered 27-130;
ALSO: The West 23 rods of the East 43 rods of the North 33 rods of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
of said Section 32;
ALSO: That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 32 lying West of the East 43 rods
thereof and northerly of Watertown Road and Easterly of a line described as follows: Commencing at a point in the
North line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter distant 14 feet East from the Northeast corner of the
West 30 rods of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence South parallel with the East line of said
West 30 rods, 1032 feet; thence Southwesterly to a point in the Northerly line of Watertown Road distant 10.9 feet
Southeasterly along said road line from its intersection with the East line of the West 30 rods of said Southeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, and said line there ending;
ALSO: That part of Government Lot 1 lying southerly of MnDOT Right of Way Plat Numbered 27-130;
Has caused the same to be surveyed and platted as MINTAKA, and does hereby donate and dedicate to the public for
public use forever the drainage and utility easements as shown on the plat.
