also known as Jean McCulley, husband and wife, owners and proprietors, The Travelers Insurance Company, a Con-
necticut corporation, mortgagee, and Production Credit Association of Buffalo, a United States corporation, mort-
gagee of the following -described property situated in the State of Minnesota and the County- of Hennepin, to wit:
The Southeast quarter of the -Northeast quarter of Section 36, Township 118 North, Flange 24 West of the 5th
Principal meridian;
