Know all men by these presents that John H. Zimmer and Melvin E. Dale, as Trustees of the John H. Zimmer, D.D.S. &
Melvin E. Dale, D.D.S. Professional Association Employees' Pension Plan, a Minnesota trust, owner and proprietor of
the following -described property situated in the State of Minnesota and the County of Hennepin, to wit: Beginning
at a point distant 1532.9 feet South from the North line and 309.65 feet West from the East line of the West half of
the Northeast quarter; thence Westerly 385.4 feet along a line running West at right angles from the East line of
said West half of the Northeast quarter; thence at right angles North to the Southeasterly right-of-way line of
County Road No. 6 as delineated in Book 3 of Highway Plats, page 1, and recorded in the office of the Register of
Deeds, County of Hennepin; thence Southwesterly along said Southeasterly right-of-way line to the West line of said
Northeast quarter; thence South along said West line to the Northerly right-of-way line of the Watertown Road
(formerly South Watertown Road); thence Southeasterly along said Northerl.r right-of-way line to a point distant
309.65 feet West from the FAst line of said West half of the Northeast quarter; thence North to the point of beginning,
in Section 31, Township 118 North, Range 23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, have caused the same to be surveyed
and platted as MARK ONE .

D.D.S. Professional Association Employees' Pension Plan, a Minnesota trust, have hereunto set their hands and seals

Association Employees' Pension Plan, a Minnesota trust, the trust named in the foregoing instrument; and that said
instrument was signed in behalf of said trust by authority of its trustees; and said John H. Zimmer and Melvin E.
Dale acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said trust.
