KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: That Michael R. Plank and Mary E. Plank, husband and wife, owners and proprietors
of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
That part of the East 496.6 feet of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 31, Township 118
North, Range 23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian lying South of the centerline of Watertown Road;
ALSO, that part of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 31 lying South of the center-
line of Watertown Road, EXCEPT that part thereof lying East of a line hereinafter referred to aas "Line A",
said "Line A" being described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner -of said Southeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter; thence East along the South line of said Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter a dis-
tance of 170 feet to the point of beginning of said "Line A"; thence deflecting left 77 degrees to said center-
line, and said "Line A" there ending;
ALSO, that part of the North 330 feet of the East half of the Southeast quarter of said Section 31 lying West
of the Southerly extension of said "Line A";
EXCEPT the Northerly 33 feet of that part ofsaid East 496.6 feet of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quar-
ter lying South of the centerline of of Watertown Road;
ALSO EXCEPT the Northerly 33 feet of said part of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter lying West of
said "Line A" and Southerly of the centerline of Watertown Road; all in said Section 31;
And that Michael R. Plank and Mary E. Plank, husband and wife, owners and proprietors, and Sears Mortgage Corpor-
ation, an Ohio corporation, mortgagee of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State
of Minnesota, to wit:
That part of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 31 lying West of the East 742.50
feet thereof, South of the centerline of Watertown Road, and East of a line hereinafter referred to as "Line A",
said "Line A" being described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Southeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter; thence East along the South line of said Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter a distance
of 170 feet to the point of beginning of said "Line A"; thence deflecting left 77 degrees to said centerline,
and said "Line A" there ending;
ALSO, that part of the East half of the Southeast quarter of said Section 31 described as beginning at the North-
west corner of said East: half of the Southeast quarter; thence East 577.5 feet along the North line of said East
half of the the Southeast quarter; thence South 1509.75 feet parallel with the West line of said East half of
the Southeast quarter; thence West parallel with the North line of said East half of the Southeast quarter to
said West line; thence North to the point of beginning, EXCEPT that part of the North 330 feet thereof lying
West of the Southerly extension of said "Line A"; ALSO EXCEPT that part thereof described as follows: Begin-
ning at a point in the West line of said East half of the Southeast quarter distant 15 feet South from the
Northwest corner of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 31; thence Southeasterly on a 3 degree 00 min-
ute right curve to a point on the South line of the North 1509.75 feet of said East half of the Southeast quar-
ter distant 455 feet East from the point of intersection of said South line of said North 1509.75 feet with the
West line of said East half of the Southeast quarter; thence West to said point of intersection; thence North to
the point of beginning;
EXCEPT the Northerly 33 feet of saio part of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter lying West of the East 742.50
feet thereof, South of the centerline of Watertown Road, and East of said "Line A";
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as MAPLE PLACE, and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for
public use forever the drainage, and the drainage and utility easements as shown on the plat.
