KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Whitney MacMillan, and
Elizabeth S. MacMillan, husband and wife, being respectively the
fee owners of, and the holder of an inchoate interest in, the
following described property situated in the County of Hennepin,
State of Minnesota, to wit:
All that part of the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the
Southwest 1/4 of Section 2, Township 117, Range 23, said
West 1/2 being ascertained after taking from said Northwest
1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section the highway upon
the Easterly side thereof, described as follows: Commencing
at a point in the East line of said ascertained West 1/2,
679.85 feet South of the Northeast corner of said
ascertained West 1/2, said point being in the center of the
present private road running Easterly and Westerly across
said West 1/2; thence running Westerly along the center line
of said road 100 feet to a point, which said point shall be
the beginning point of the land herein to be described, said
point being the Southwest corner of a tract of land conveyed
to Joseph Chapman by Book 1130 of Deeds, page 9, #1420930;
thence running Northerly along the Westerly line of said
land so conveyed to said Chapman, 710.6 feet to a point in
the North line of said West 1/2, which said point is 237
feet Westerly measured along said North line from the said
Northeast corner of said ascertained West 1/2; thence
running West along said North line 406.5 feet to the
Northwest corner of said Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4;
thence running South along the West line of said Northwest
1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 to the Southwest corner thereof;
thence East along the South line of said Northwest 1/4 of
the Southwest 1/4, 304 feet, more or less, to a point in the
said South line 339.5 feet West of the Southeast corner of
said ascertained West 1/2; said point being the Southwest
corner of land conveyed to Moses C. Jones by Book 1095 of
Deeds, page 592, #1358308; thence Northerly parallel with
the East line of said ascertained West 1/2, 633.5 feet to
the center line of said roadway; thence Easterly along the
center line of said roadway 241.60 feet, more or less, to
the point of beginning of the land herein described;
EXCEPT: ALL THAT PART of said premises described as follows,

described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of
said West 1/2; thence East along the South line of said West
1/2, 305 feet, more or less, to a point which is the
Southwest corner of the land conveyed to Moses C. Jones by
deed recorded in 1095 of Deeds, page 592, thence Northerly
parallel with the East line of said West 1/2, 593.3 feet;
thence Westerly parallel with the South line of said West
1/2, 305 feet, more or less, to a point on the West line of
said Section 2; thence South along said West line a distance
of 593.3 feet to the point of beginning.
And that Cargill MacMillan, Jr., Whitney MacMillan and Pauline M.
Keinath_ as Trustees of that certain trust created by a trust
agreement dated December 30, 1968 between Pauline W. MacMillan as
Donor and Cargill MacMillan, Jr., Whitney MacMillan and Pauline M.
Keinath, as Trustees, fee owners of the following described
property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota,
to wit:
All that part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of
Section 3, Township 117, North Range 23, West of the 5th
Principal Meridian, as follows: Beginning at the Southeast
corner of said Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4; thence
West along the South line of said Northeast 1/4, said South
line being the center line of the East and West Township
Road, 429.5 feet; thence deflecting to the right at an angle
of 55 degrees, 02 minutes from the last described course 102
feet; thence deflecting to the right at an angle of 11
degrees from the last described course 50 feet; thence
