Know all men by these presents that Eberhardt Company, Lake Office, a Minnesota corporation, owner and pro-
prietor, and "Webb C. Coffee and Paul H. Dunnavan, as Trustees under that certain Trust Agreement dated May 19,
1942, between Eleanor C. Oakes, Mabel C. Dunnavan, Corinne C. White, Webb C. Coffee and Albert R. Coffee,
Trustors and Webb C. Coffee and Paul H. Dunnavan, Trustees", mortgagee of the following -described property
situated in the State of Minnesota and the County of Hennepin, to wit: Lots 17 to 23 inclusive; all of Lot_25
and that part of Lot 30 lying North of the North line of Lot 27 extended Easterly, all in "Coffee's Addition
to Shadywood", Lake Minnetonka, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the
Registrar of Titles, in and for said Hennepin County.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as MAPLEGATE INLET ; subject to utility and drainage ease-
ments as shown on the annexed plat.
In witness whereof Eberhardt Company, Lake Office, has caused these presents to be signed by its proper
officers and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this day of A.D. 1961, d�
