Know all men by these presents that Morning -Park, Inc. a Minnesota Corporation, owner and
proprietor of the following described property situate in the State of Minnesota and County
of Hennepin, towit: Tract C, Registered Land Survey No. 926, Files of Registrar of Titles,
County of Hennepin, hag caused the same to be surveyed and platted as LONG LAKE COUNTRY
CLUB ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the
roads, terrace , Fane and easements for utility and drainage purposes as shown on the
annexed plat. In witness whereof said Morning -Park, Inc., has caused these presents to be
signed by its proper officers and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this_day
