KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: That Paul W. Boyke and Virginia L. Boyke, husband and wife, fee owners
of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, BROOKS GREEN, according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office
of the Registrar of Titles in and for said County,
