Know all men by these presents that Three Fifteen East Grant Corporation, a Minne-
sota corporation, owner and proprietor of the following -described property situ-
ated in the State of Yinnesota and the County of Hennepin, to wit:
Tract B, Registered band Survey No. 1433, Files of Registrar of Titles, County
of Hennepin. Part of the boundary lines of said land are marked by judicial
landmarks set pursuant to Torrens Case No. 17065;
Government Lot 3, Section 16, Township 117, Range 23, except that part of the
South 640.00 feet of said Government Lot 3, as measured at right angles to the
South line of said Government Lot 3, lying Southeasterly of the centerline of
County Road 15,
have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as LAFAYETTE RIDGE, and do hereby
donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the roads and lane, and
the drainage and utility easements as shown on this plat.
In witness whereof said Three Fifteen East Grant Corporation, a Minnesota corpo-
ration, has caused these presents to be signed by its proper officer, and its
