Know all persons by these presents that Charles Velie Krogness and Jean M. Krogness, husband and wife, owners and pro-

described as follows: Beginning at a point in the East line of the Northwest quarter of said section, which point

1913, and recorded in Book 743 of Deeds, page 26, said point being distant 1092.65 feet Westerly, measured along
said Northerly right-of-way line, from the East line of said Northwest quarter; thence Easterly 1092.65 feet along
said Northerly right-of-way line to said East line; thence North along said ;cast line to the point of beginning,
have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as KROGS ACRES , and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for
public use forever the road, and the drainage and utility easements as shown on this plat.
