Limited Liability Company, fee owner of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin,
State of Minnesota, to wit:
The South Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and the North
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 31, Township
118, Range 23 as evidenced by Certificate of Title Number 825932.
AND:

Range 23 described as commencing at the intersection of the center line of the Watertown Road with a line 35.00
feet West of, measured at right angles to and parallel with the East line of said West one—fourth of the Southeast

East, at right angles, a distance of 35.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence West, at right angles to said East

Has caused the some to be surveyed and platted as KOKESH FARM and does hereby donate and dedicate to the
public for public use forever the roads, and the drainage and utility easements as shown on the plat.
