Company, a Minnesota corporation, contract purchaser of the following described property situated in the

Commencing at the point where the southerly segment of the westerly line of Outlot A,
KINTYRE, intersects the northerly right of way line of Watertown Road; thence on an
assumed bearing of North 0 degrees 42 minutes 30 seconds West along said southerly
segment a distance of 190.00 feet to the point of beginning of the line being described;
thence South 17 degrees 50 minutes West to the centerline of said Watertown Road,
and said line there ending,
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as KINTYRE TWO, and do hereby donate and dedicate to the
public for public use forever the Public Ways and the drainage and utility and drainage easements as shown on
the plat.
